Hitting derby is open to all FMB players, parents and players from other organizations.

11:00 am – 12:00 pm      Peewees (2005 & 2006)

12:00 pm – 12:45 pm     Bantam & Midgets (2000 – 2004)

12:45 pm – 1:15 pm       Mosquitos (2007 & 2008)

1:15 pm – 2:00 pm         Blastball, Pre-rookie, Rookie (2009 – younger)

2:00 pm – 3:00 pm         Open (adults and any other ages who missed their designated time)

3:00 pm                         FMB banquet (for members of FMB)

Rules:

All players to hit with approved bats for their age group (ie. Wooden bats for Bantams and Midgets)

Blastball and Pre-rookie players have an option of hitting from a tee.

Points are awarded from designated sections marked on the ball field.  10 points are awarded to home runs and balls that hit targets placed on the field.

Ties in points will be broken with the winner being the player with the most 10 point balls, then 5 points, etc.

Ties for the most sponsorship money will be broken with the player who has the most number of sponsors being the winner.
