Flesherton Minor Baseball (FMB) is now accepting applications for head coaches and assistant coaches for the 2026 baseball season. We are seeking dedicated, enthusiastic individuals to help lead and develop players across all age groups from U7 to U18.

Coaches play a vital role in fostering a positive, fun, and development-focused environment that supports both skill growth and a love for the game. Whether you are an experienced coach or a parent/volunteer interested in getting involved, we encourage you to apply.

Coaching Opportunities

We are recruiting coaches for the following divisions:

• U7

• U9

• U11

• U13

• U15

• U18

Positions may include head coach and assistant coach roles, depending on registration numbers and team needs.

Application Timeline

• Applications Open: January 15, 2026

• Applications Close: January 30, 2026

All interested candidates must apply within this timeframe to be considered.

Who Should Apply

We welcome applications from:

• Parents or guardians

• Former or current players

• Community members

• Individuals with previous coaching or playing experience

Coaching experience is an asset but not required. Support, resources, and guidance will be provided to help coaches succeed.

Coach Requirements

Head Coaches are required to hold specific coaching certifications appropriate to their age group and level of play. These certifications help ensure a safe, positive, and developmentally appropriate experience for all players.

Assistant Coaches may also be required to complete certain certifications depending on division and league requirements.
